We can provide Remote IT support on demand via a small (2.33MB) downloadable client. The client should be
downloaded and installed on your computer, we'll then have your problem sorted out in no time!
Please call Technical Support on the number bellow and an engineer will talk you through the
required software installation. Broadband Connection is required to use this service.
Currently we offer support on Windows OS only. We plan to expand to Mac and Linux in
the near future.

Charges
Remote IT Support is charged at a rate of £40 per hour unless otherwise stated; the phone call is a
Low Rate Call. 1 hour minimum charge. VAT is not payable.
